Kayla Ortiz

Kayla is an operations and strategy specialist with experience spanning finance, HR, scaling operations and strategy execution. Her career has taken her through startup consulting, coffee SaaS (software as a service), and social impact organizations. Kayla is passionate about helping people innovate – she believes deeply in people’s potential and has a gift for seeing feasible strategy even on a tight budget. She loves finding creative, sometimes unexpected, paths to make things work. Kayla has a BSBA concentrating in International Business from the University of Richmond and a Master’s in Social Innovation for Sustainable Development from the ITCILO.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, thrifting, trying new recipes, and (most importantly) spending time with her pup.
